As a professional customer you can of course return products.
When we have received the returned item, we will credit you this in proportion.
For damaged / used items or damaged / missing packaging a part of the new price will be credited.
Shipping costs are not credited and the final credit will be at maximum 80% of the purchase price.
When returning a product, we ask you to send a fully completed return form.

You always receive a credit proposal from us.
Only items delivered free of charge to our address are accepted by us!
With the exception of products that are specially ordered for you, unfortunately we can not take them back.
Received wrong article
Always check that the item you receive is the same that you have ordered.
If you have accidentally received another item, you can return it free of charge within 7 days of receipt.
In such a case always contact us first.
