Delivery times
An indicative delivery time is indicated for all items in our e-order environment. We stock the complete Victron range and strive to have your order delivered to your home within one or two working days, if you order before 15:00 h. Orders sent to Germany will arrive 1 to 2 days later than the delivery day you have chosen.
Of course it can happen that an article is temporarily out of stock , we will inform you as soon as possible.
NST BV works together with transporter DHL. The delivery days are all working days.
Delivery with multiple items:
When you order multiple items at once, we do our best to have everything delivered to you in one shipment. In that case, the delivery time for your entire order will be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time. If you prefer to have all items delivered independently from each other, you must place separate orders for this.
Shipping costs
Orders up to 30 Kg and a minimum of € 500 net order amount are sent free via parcel post within the Netherlands.
Orders up to 30 Kg and at least € 1000, - order amount will be sent free via parcel post to Belgium and Germany.
Batteries and solar panels must be shipped on a pallet, for this we ask, within the Netherlands, a contribution to the shipping costs of € 39.50
For a pallet shipment to Belgium we charge € 75, - and for a pallet shipment to Germany € 125, -.
We can also prepare the ordered goods for you so that your own carrier can collect them from us
